Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a frontline Team Leader who combines hands-on technical oversight with strong leadership to drive safety, quality and efficiency on the production floor.

You will bridge frontline workers and management, enforce PPE and SOPs, monitor metrics, and coordinate workflows to sustain productive operations. This role requires data entry, problem solving, and timely coaching to resolve bottlenecks while maintaining OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication to guide diverse teams and provide feedback.
• Data-driven problem solving to identify bottlenecks and safety issues.
• Working knowledge of equipment, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage workflows, schedules and resources efficiently.
