Qualifications

• Knowledge of processes in required areas; ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of machine malfunctions; excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct technicians to ensure downtime calls are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
• Train and develop other technicians using standardized work and training matrices.
• Identify items for MRO or spares and assist in maintaining inventory.
• Analyze downtime and develop countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain 5S, visual controls, and proper end-of-shift handoffs.
