The job may involve outdoor work, multiple shifts including nights and weekends, and overtime as needed. The position requires coordinating staffing, time and attendance, and ensuring safety and efficiency while meeting leadership goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience, including 1-2 years of management experience.
• Preferred: professional conduct, effective communication, documentation, decision-making, ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, team leadership, PPE awareness, team collaboration, fast-paced work agility, independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, assign, and monitor onsite vendors to ensure proper repairs and cost control.
• Monitor expenses to maintain budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Promote a safe work environment and conduct safety activities per regulations.
• Inspect repairs for DOT and company standards.
• Perform personnel management tasks including staffing and performance reviews.
• Oversee workflow and ensure timely, safe repairs and maintenance.
• Manage shifts and assign work orders to meet deadlines and cost per hour.
• Train staff on service bulletins, OSHA compliance, and policies.
