Isovolta Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage the Harrisburg, OR production floor. The role focuses on safety, workflow understanding, and keeping the production schedule current, including handling overtime and weekend shifts.

You will lead hourly staff, review production paperwork, and ensure materials and personnel meet daily production needs. You’ll participate in ISO9001 activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum five years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Proficient in basic math and MS Office.
• Able to work varying shifts and overtime.

Aufgaben

• Supervise production floor operations and coordinate departments.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
• Maintain current production schedule and materials.
• Conduct performance reviews for hourly staff.
• Review ISO9001 quality management activities.
• Prepare monthly production meeting reports.
• Identify root causes of production defects.
