Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as main production floor contact and coordinate department activities.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with policies.
• Maintain current production schedule and ensure materials and personnel are available.
• Lead hourly employee performance reviews on assigned shift.
• Review ISO and internal audit findings and take timely action.
• Prepare for monthly production meetings and report issues.
