The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing leadership background, be data-driven, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing scheduling, logistics, and managing teams.
• Background in precast concrete, construction materials, or related industries is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving productivity, and developing teams.
• Hands-on leadership and data-driven decision making.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve high productivity, quality, and safety.
• Allocate resources and plan weekly production schedules to optimize labor usage.
• Drive Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve processes.
• Provide coaching, training, and written expectations for the team.
• Collaborate with Quality, Transportation, and Inventory to streamline flow.
