Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Production Floater to assist in production operations and open box inspection processes as deemed necessary by the supervisor. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm with overtime required.

The position emphasizes safe, accurate material handling, packaging, and movement of goods on the production floor. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and a willingness to learn multiple tasks;

Job Summary

The Production Floater will assist in production operations and open box inspection processes as deemed necessary by the supervisor. (Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime required)

Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• At the beginning of each shift coordinate with supervisor to determine what job functions are needed for the day
• Assist with material handling, assembly, packaging, inspections, and load/unload procedures
• Use hand trucks or buggies to move materials about the production floor
• Perform other duties such as gluing on a production line
• Practice good safety techniques
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
