Five Star Bath Solutions of Central Iowa is seeking a dependable, organized Production & Field Coordinator to join our team. This role manages warehouse operations, field measurements, scheduling, and installation support in a growing remodeling company.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, experienced in construction/remodeling, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling within the Des Moines metro and up to two hours away. Base salary is $52,000 with bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, remodeling, installation, or related field.
• Highly organized, reliable, and accountable.
• Comfortable visiting customer homes to review projects.
• Hands-on and comfortable using basic tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate measurements.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem solver who takes initiative.
• Professional and comfortable working directly with homeowners.
• Willingness to travel within Des Moines metro and up to two hours away.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
• Receive and organize incoming deliveries.
• Stage materials for upcoming installations.
• Ensure installers have what they need before heading to a job.
• Track inventory and identify material needs or issues.
• Travel to customer homes to perform final measurements.
• Verify project details and identify issues before installation.
• Coordinate installation dates with homeowners.
• Coordinate and oversee customer service and warranty needs.
• Visit customer homes to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
• Assist installation crews on larger or more complex projects.
