Responsibilities

• Review factory build sheets to perform quality inspections on buses.
• Provide lists of discrepancies and concerns to Forest River and Arboc teams.
• Complete quality control forms and ensure corrections are completed per Model 1 standards.
• Document inspection findings in the Model 1 software system.
• Check units into the Model 1 computer system.
• Report changes or faults to QC teams for repair.
• Relay unresolved repair concerns to the Model 1 QC manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Complete quality control forms and ensure corrections are completed per Model 1 quality standards
Document all inspection findings in the Model 1 software system
Check units into the Model 1 computer system
Report changes, faults, concerns, or alterations to the Forest River and Arboc QC Teams for repair
Relay unresolved repair concerns to the Model 1 QC manager
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years' industry experience
• Technical knowledge of the characteristics and maintenance needs of a wide variety of transit and mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of shop operations
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong initiative
• Strong organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Capable of time management
• Frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing may be required
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs
