Job summary

Draper is seeking a Production Support Coordinator in Cambridge, MA to support calibration, production, inventory, facility management, and materials planning. The role requires flexibility to adapt to multiple program and lab needs.

Responsibilities include calibration coordination, equipment transfers, and maintaining quality control and inventory. A government security clearance may be required during the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Operations or Business preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a lab or facility operations management role.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cal Lab to ensure lab equipment is up to date with calibration.
• Coordinate transfer of equipment between work area and Cal lab.
• Escort Cal lab personnel for on-site calibration and ESD bench certification.
• Tracking hardware builds and updating travelers/work orders.
• Update quality control spreadsheets on production status and changes.
• Track chemicals, limited life materials, and other materials/consumables.
• Manage preventive maintenance, order parts and schedule maintenance.
• Track inventory/needs and pursue vendor quotes.
• Submit purchase orders to buyers.
