A high school diploma with ERP/MRP knowledge, plus strong communication and analytical skills, is required. You will maintain records, support inventory accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school education with some related field training preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to track orders, coordinate with multiple departments, and maintain data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor order status and expedites; communicate with Planning and Manufacturing to resolve delays.
• Serve as the point person for delivery status updates with Customer Service and other stakeholders.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and generate reports to support on‑time delivery goals.
• Collaborate across Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve issues affecting timelines.
