SteelSummit is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a Wisconsin plant, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. You will report to the Plant Manager and manage scheduling, material flow, and daily activities to meet customer deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of production processes. You will coach staff, analyze performance metrics, and uphold SOPs in a metal fabrication environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
• Knowledge of production processes, equipment and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and production management software.

Aufgaben

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment as defined in SOPs.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities including scheduling and workflow management to meet targets.
• Coordinate material supply with Material Handling personnel.
• Conduct process audits to verify quality and adherence to standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff to achieve performance targets and safety.
• Monitor metrics (productivity, downtime, waste) and drive continuous improvements.
