SteelSummit is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team responsible for safety, quality, and efficiency on the Decatur/TRINITY, AL site. The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on meeting production goals while upholding SOPs and core values.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage daily workflows, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Logistics to resolve issues and maintain audit-ready conditions.

Formación

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams to meet targets.
• Solid understanding of production processes, equipment and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and production management software.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Oversee daily production activities, scheduling, and resource allocation to hit targets.
• Conduct process audits and address safety or workflow violations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, HR and Logistics to optimize operations.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance and identify training needs.
