Job summary

JCB is seeking a full-time, exempt Manufacturing Supervisor in Pooler, GA to oversee materials, movement, storage, and distribution in a fast-paced plant. The role drives production planning, staffing, and workflow optimization while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will monitor KPIs, lead Lean initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve production bottlenecks. A strong focus on development and cost control is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree; 2 years of leadership experience; 6 years of material handling in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Manage day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Achieve production targets while upholding safety, quality, and cost controls.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Assembly, and HR.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving to address issues.
