Avtec Finishing in New Hope, MN is seeking an Industrial / Production Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal-finishing production equipment. Responsibilities include pumps, motors, valves, and piping, plus preventive maintenance to keep operations safe and efficient.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $32.00–$36.50/hour with overtime opportunities, a weekly attendance reward, profit sharing, and a signing bonus for eligible new hires.

Qualificações

• Industrial, manufacturing, processing, or production maintenance experience required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of production machinery and equipment.
• Experience with pumps, motors, valves and mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with process piping (PVC/CPVC or other plastics) preferred.
• Preventive maintenance experience.
• HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs.
• Diagnose and repair pumps, motors, valves, and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and piping.
• Read manuals and work orders; document repairs and follow-ups.
• Operate tools safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
