Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Maintenance Equipment Specialist to set up and monitor production equipment, support calibration and inventory tracking, and assist with repairs and test of manufacturing assets. The role involves coordinating with the calibration and maintenance teams to ensure GMP-compliant records and efficient operations.

The candidate will help maintain equipment records in CMMS systems, order parts, and train new line technicians, with travel up to 5% and a focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related equipment maintenance experience.
• Associate degree in a technical field or equipment/electronics curriculum.
• Willingness to travel 0–5% as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot and monitor production equipment.
• Support basic equipment qualification, inventory management, and calibration tracking with records.
• Assist with troubleshooting, repair and test of production equipment.
• Order new tools and replacement parts.
• Act as liaison between Manufacturing, Manufacturing Equipment Support and Calibration teams.
• Maintain schedules for equipment maintenance and calibration.
