Job summary

Triple-S Steel is seeking a Production Equipment Operator, Hyster Forklift, to join our team in Surprise, AZ. This role reads work orders, moves steel safely, and operates a Hyster forklift to meet customer requirements with accuracy.

The position is hourly, non-exempt, and may require overtime. You will work under the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, following all safety rules and company procedures while supporting production and logistics activities.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets work orders and instructions.
• Maintains accurate, timely execution of tasks.
• Keeps safety as a priority in all operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe methods of work at all times and report hazards.
• Move steel to/from storage and production areas using forklift or other equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate related tools with care and precision.
• Ensure loads are secured and guided properly for transport.
• Maintain equipment and report safety issues promptly.
• Work indoors/outdoors under varied weather conditions.
