Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a designated team and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Forklift certification and warehouse machinery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Willingness to undergo training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet production goals.
• Build positive relationships across teams through effective collaboration and communication.
• Knowledge of Cryovac and sanitation; setup and troubleshooting of hydration equipment.
• Familiarity with warehousing equipment such as forklifts and scales for pre-scaling.
• Know-how with LOTO, sanitation, kettle and filter setups, and CIP daily reports.
• Understand Just Foods (ERP) reporting and setup.
