Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a cannabis manufacturing environment.

You will follow safety programs and SOPs to support the site's goals. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, reading manuals, testing parts, and keeping accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing or agricultural maintenance experience.
• Forklift license preferred; ability to operate hands-on maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and timecards.
• Assist with post-harvest deep cleaning as needed.
• Follow SOPs and MIOSHA safety regulations.
