Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Able to read equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance docs.
• Experience coordinating with outside vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
• Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and order parts as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Assist with installation and setup of new machinery.
