Job summary

You will maximize investment efficiency by conducting scientific and economical maintenance tasks and ensure maintenance without environmental safety incidents. The role involves leading a small team, implementing short-term action plans, and coaching staff to achieve reliable equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's; or a PhD with 3 years.
• Ability to lead a small team while overseeing mentoring and coaching of members.
• Strong focus on improving methods, processes, and equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage performance management plan items by checking equipment used in the production process.
• Establish and manage preventative maintenance items implemented before failures or defects.
• Manage maintenance of equipment with failures or defects in performance, quality, etc.
• Suggest improvement measures and manage equipment remodeling or improvement needs.
