Job summary

Cheniere Energy, Inc. seeks an Engineering Superintendent, Production to lead the Production Engineering team in optimizing LNG and Regasification operations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Environmental, and Finance to improve capacity, reliability, and safety while managing the department budget and KPIs. Qualifications

• Lead Production Engineering team to optimize LNG facility operations.
• Develop and maintain production forecasting, scheduling, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and support systems for operational excellence within the Production team.
• Facilitate access approvals and maintenance activities for Shiploading Logbooks, PI, CCLEAR and CFAR.
• Participate in regulatory agency, accounting and internal audits.
• Support procedure development and training related to capital projects, temporary or new modes of operation, and compliance.
• Reinforce safety and environmental awareness through frequent job observations and by interfacing with plant personnel.
• Work with Engineering and Construction to ensure O&M interests on major projects.
• Work with Production during 2-year reviews of procedures.
• Support turnaround planning to optimize execution of outages.
• Demonstrate understanding of sale/purchase and gas Tariffs in operations.
• Manage department budget.
• Coach and lead the Production Engineering team.
