At the center of the efforts for BCA’s focus on stabilizing and improving the production system, our Production Engineering organization is growing! We are looking to fill a K-level management position at the Auburn/Fredrickson sites with a qualified candidate that is passionate about leading Boeing into the future.
Qualified candidates will be considered for leadership roles on teams that design and maintain tooling assets. Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly are essential. A solid understanding of Tool Engineering processes and tools is needed. We are looking for leaders who naturally live the Boeing Values & Behaviors, have a high sense of curiosity, use creativity when approaching challenges, and have an insatiable desire for improvement.
Technical leadership and aptitude are essential for success in this role along with people leadership skills to develop and inspire your team to reach a shared goal and vision. Strong candidates will have demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers, as well as strong problem‑solving skills, a willingness to take initiative, and an ability to work across multiple functions to lead the development and implementation of production system assets.

This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, market, and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $151,300 – $204,700
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet these requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
