Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Academic standing of Sophomore level or higher.
• GPA of 3.0 or above; transcript may be required during application.
• Ability to perform work onsite at the Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Engineers in developing and optimizing assembly sequences and operator work instructions during production trials.
• Support creation, validation, and maintenance of Quality Assurance documentation related to torque specs and electrical connections.
• Support validation and upkeep of Process Control Charts and Product Quality Assurance Charts.
