Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Production Data Analyst Co-op to join our Manufacturing team located in Danvers, Massachusetts. You will develop KPI reports on overtime, productivity, yields, utilization, and other metrics to inform decision-making and proactively highlight opportunities and risks within the production and supply chain.

As a student pursuing an engineering degree, you will build analytics that enable identification, prioritization, and justification of improvement

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in engineering (Junior/Senior/Graduate).
Prior work experience desired; medical device experience preferred.
Familiarity with visualization tools Tableau, Looker, Qlik, MS Power BI preferred.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP working knowledge preferred.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Develop and provide KPI reports on metrics such as overtime, productivity, yields, utilization to inform decisions and alert opportunities and risks.
Develop analytics to identify, prioritize, and justify improvement programs that optimize production planning.
Create dashboards and leverage data analytics tools to support the daily management tiered system.
