Generant, located in Butler, NJ, seeks a Production Engineer to deploy new product lines into the production environment and support production through tooling optimization and maintenance. You will collaborate with the Engineering department, the Riverdale Assembly Manager, and other production teams to design, develop, and maintain Generant production processes.

The role requires deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, proficiency with SolidWorks, Excel, and Word, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deploy new product lines into production and optimize tooling.
• Maintain and improve production processes in collaboration with Engineering and Assembly management.
• Identify and implement process improvements while updating documentation and training.
• Provide technical leadership to production teams on projects.
