Job summary

Generant Company Inc. is seeking a Production Engineer to deploy new product lines into our production environment and optimize tooling and processes.

You will collaborate with the Engineering team, the Riverdale Assembly Manager, and other production staff to design, develop, and maintain Generant production processes. You will provide deep technical expertise in valve production, support product development efforts as projects move to release, and act as the primary product line supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 2 years of manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills desired.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Excel and Word is expected.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy new product lines into production and support tooling optimization and maintenance.
• Work with Engineering, Riverdale Assembly Manager and Production teams to design, develop and maintain production processes.
• Provide technical expertise across all aspects of valve production and lead launch activities.
• Serve as the primary product line supervisor during initial production launch period for new products.
