Generant, located in Butler, NJ, seeks a Production Engineer to deploy new product lines into the production environment and support production through tooling optimization and maintenance. You will collaborate with the Engineering department, the Riverdale Assembly Manager, and other production teams to design, develop, and maintain Generant production processes.

The Production Engineer is responsible for deploying new product lines into our production environment and supporting production through tooling optimization and maintenance. They will work with the members of the Engineering department, the Riverdale Assembly Manager, and others in the Production environment to design, develop, and maintain Generant production processes. The Production Engineer will provide technical expertise and be very knowledgeable in all aspects of our valve production environment. They will have a role in Generant product development efforts as the project moves toward Release to Production and will be the primary product line supervisor for the initial launch production launch period for all products.
