Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Dow Asset Production Engineer to lead the improvement of Dow assets by gathering and analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities. You will work with operations personnel to drive ownership and deliver results, focusing on gaps in current operations and knowledge-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• Experience in asset engineering and process safety.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects for Dow assets and deliver production targets.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and gaps.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Develop and maintain operating envelopes and safety procedures.
• Support PHAs, MOC processes, and incident investigations.
• Provide technical coaching and training to site personnel.
