Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing engineering.
• Understanding of engineering fundamentals and ability to read schematics and design docs.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma with DMAIC problem solving.
• Experience reading drawings, flowcharts and system design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review the previous 24 hours of production data and address urgent business needs.
• Support troubleshooting, vendor contacts, and Gemba activities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Plan and execute capital projects, including scope, cost estimates and approvals.
