• Manage a matrixed organization of 150–500 employees and oversee SQCPDP KPIs and site improvement initiatives.
• Foster 100% employee engagement and ensure ownership and accountability at appropriate levels.
• Develop capability through training, coaching, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Create and execute governance to achieve cost, productivity, and production objectives.
• Lead execution of manufacturing and packaging operations through direct and matrixed leadership.
