Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and packaging operations with direct and matrixed leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and Perrigo Work System pillar objectives across the site.
• Develop capability through training, coaching, and performance management; ensure governance of cost, productivity, and delivery.
• Coach 5–12 direct reports and foster cross-functional collaboration across all levels.
