Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, production engineering, process engineering, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, and production workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Resolve manufacturing issues with production technicians and assemblers to remove bottlenecks.
• Provide hands-on technical support for product assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with production planning and resource allocation to maximize throughput and efficiency.
• Participate in production readiness reviews for new products, engineering changes, and customer configurations.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cycle time reduction, and inventory optimization.
