Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects focused on improving material flow, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to create innovative solutions and make a real impact from day one.
• Design and coordinate tooling and fixtures for manufacturing.
• Manage cost‑control projects such as consumable CNC tooling and raw‑material usage.
• Utilize analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data‑driven solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Support the management of New Product Integration with respect to manufacturability, process control, equipment capability, and supporting personnel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environments in operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, or process improvement.
• Hands‑on experience in CNC metals manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to coach, teach, and lead others to develop continuous improvement strategies and influence decision making.
• Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CAD, with SolidWorks beneficial.

Salary and Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
