U.S. Cargo Systems in North Carolina seeks a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement and insourcing initiatives, driving cost reductions and production efficiency across multiple lines.
You will design tooling and fixtures with CAD tools, develop and implement process standards, review manufacturability, and collaborate with design and operations to optimize material and labor costs while ensuring safety, quality, and reliability.
This position will play a critical role in driving operational excellence through cost reduction initiatives, automation, tooling and fixturing, with a high focus on insourcing opportunities and production process optimization.
