Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. is seeking a Production Engineer II to ensure safe, efficient, and stable manufacturing. You will analyze performance, resolve process and quality issues, and push continuous-improvement efforts across multiple teams.

You’ll lead root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support new processes, equipment, and standards while collaborating with global teams to optimize production and drive quality and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production data analysis and RCA, DOE, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production performance, including throughput, efficiency, quality, downtime, yield and other indicators.
• Identify production issues and investigate routine to moderately complex process, quality, and equipment concerns.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement production improvements to increase productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Support short- and mid-term projects addressing recurring production or process issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and technical issues.
