Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Production Engineer to write and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and QC checklists for pilot and mass production on production lines. You will analyze test logs to improve quality and efficiency and ensure compliance with approved methods and procedures.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years in production engineering or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to work across departments as a team member.
• Strong communication to coordinate changes and training.
• Ability to balance production schedules with changes and labor standards.
• Knowledge of computer hardware specifications and system components.
• Familiarity with production methods and SOPs.
• Knowledge of Linux-based platforms and Windows OS.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in documentation, testing, and process execution.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in MES, repair and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Experience with test automation, scripting, and production testing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Write, maintain, and update SOPs, work instructions, and QC checklists.
• Build clear production instructions and SOPs for pilot and MP production phases.
• Analyze production logs and test results to improve quality and efficiency.
• Review processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with approved methods, standards, and procedures.
• Manage ECNs/ECOs for the assigned area.
• Coordinate engineering changes with production demands and labor standards.
• Support implementation of changes with documentation and training.
• Build and maintain test automation tools and fixtures for production testing.
• Troubleshoot production test issues related to hardware, software, OS.
• Build POC products to support sales and customer configurations.
• Validate manufacturability and readiness of new configurations before release.
• Document POC builds, tests, and lessons learned.
• Train production teams and cross-functional departments on new processes.
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, PM, and Engineering to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Follow instructions and guidelines; operate under supervision.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
