Your Impact
Regulatory Engineering is looking for a Production Engineer, where you will be responsible for supporting the Regulatory Reporting global platforms, owning and working on projects to uplift the production platforms, managing Technical Risk changes, deploying software, and building and deploying production support and observability tools. The Production Engineering team works closely with each other across multiple regions, with Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Engineering, Platform Teams, and Infrastructure Teams providing digital solutions to business problems. You will work with some of the best minds in the industry and get an opportunity to interact with various Operations and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are looking for a Production Support Associate who will play a key role in driving incident and problem management of complex issues and working on transformational projects. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are key. We expect you to constructively volunteer reasoned views and opinions in different team forums, both technically and functionally. You will lead initiatives where you will extend or lay the foundation of new production engineering solutions. Effectively meeting the demands of our challenging mandate requires a passion for learning as well as deep understanding and experience across a wide array of technical competencies.
