Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, recycling, process or production engineering.
• Experience with production planning, process improvement, capacity analysis, and KPI management.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/SAP, AutoCAD, Power BI; English/Korean bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on incoming material volumes, inventory, equipment capacity, manpower availability, and shipment requirements.
• Monitor actual production performance against plan and analyze production gaps, bottlenecks, downtime, and other constraints.
• Track and analyze KPIs including throughput, equipment utilization, downtime, yield/recovery rate, productivity, and cost.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase capacity, efficiency, material recovery and reliability.
• Analyze process parameters and establish optimal operating conditions for de-framing, shredding, screening, grinding, and separation processes.
• Support maintenance planning; analyze performance, downtime trends, component life and impact.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate capacity and identify requirements to meet targets; support equipment installation and commissioning.
