Job summary

Qcells Georgia, Inc. seeks a Product Development Engineer to lead development, evaluation, and qualification of PV module products. You will fabricate pilot modules, assess material compatibility, and perform reliability analyses to ensure long-term performance.

You will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams across domestic and international sites, including Korea and Germany, to drive timely project execution and robust product qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in material development, evaluation, or solar/module engineering preferred.
• Ability to interpret laboratory data and translate results into engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate solar modules and related materials.
• Fabricate pilot and test modules and assess process compatibility.
• Perform reliability testing (damp heat, thermal cycling, humidity-freeze, UV).
• Analyze test results and prepare qualification reports.
