Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client security and engineering teams, delivering secure, governed AI deployments. The role centers on owning outcomes—reducing attack surfaces, production-safe AI deployments, and measurable security posture improvements across complex environments.

As part of Accenture’s Reinvention Delivery Engine, you will work in 90-day cycles within a small, cross-disciplinary pod, delivering end-to-end security for AI programs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area
• 1 year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production
• 6+ years end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments
• 6+ years working with cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total)

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools
• Own AI threat surface management at programme scale
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
• Shape reinvention security strategy for client executives
• Define and publish reusable security patterns and playbooks
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops
