Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with a client’s security and engineering teams, ensuring AI systems are secure, governed, and resilient in real-world environments.

You will own outcomes from reduced attack surface to production-safe AI deployments, using AI tooling as a core delivery method and working within the Reinvention Delivery Engine pod on 90-day cycles. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 6 years end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments.
• Minimum 6 years Cloud platform security fundamentals across at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale across client workstreams.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (IAM, data, model serving).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client executives with risk-adjusted investment cases.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, accelerators for multiple engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops with client teams.
