Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with a client’s teams, delivering secure, governed AI deployments and measurable security posture improvements. You own outcomes, reduce attack surfaces, and build security tooling with AI-assisted coding tools.

Work within Accenture’s Reinvention Delivery Engine pods, operating in 90-day cycles to deliver end-to-end security across AI projects, from design to deployment, including threat modeling and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in production environments with a cybersecurity discipline.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 3 years cloud security fundamentals across at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Support AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex multi-stakeholder client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Support AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale: OWASP LLM Top 10 controls and related safeguards.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack: IAM, data pipeline, and model serving security.
• Assist with AI governance framework implementation: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and risk management for live production systems.
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO and CTO with risk-adjusted investment roadmaps.
