Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, cloud security, IAM, offensive security or GRC).
• 1+ year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production—non‑negotiable.
• 6+ years end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments.
• 6+ years cloud security fundamentals across at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years); if Associate’s, min 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale (OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection hardening, etc.).
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack (IAM, data pipeline, model serving).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO with risk-adjusted investments and roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, accelerators for multiple client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions, threat modeling workshops, and code-with sessions with client teams.
