Job summary

Novo Nordisk Bloomington, IN site seeks an Analyst, Production Support - Employee Health and Safety to implement EH&S programs and ensure regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with all departments to embed safety in daily work and to draft SOPs and training materials.

The position requires 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education path) and familiarity with GMP and OSHA reporting. We offer strong benefits and a commitment to employee growth in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Alternative education path with two years experience or four years with an associate
• High school diploma or equivalent with six years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with OSHA reporting and GMP documentation preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of EH&S program meeting regulatory requirements
• Draft SOPs covering EH&S activities
• Provide training on EH&S procedures and policies
• Assist in leading site audits and safety committee metrics
• Ensure contractor EH&S compliance and coordinate with departments
• Conduct incident reporting and OSHA reporting
