Qualifications

• Available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Resume and cover letter required; no consideration without letter.
• Eligible for 2027 or 2028 internship availability.
• Interest in books and publishing is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Review interior and cover components for typographical correctness.
• Collate author changes and proofreading corrections for revisions.
• Mark up PDFs with editorial and layout corrections using Acrobat.
• Conduct production editorial checks on pages and proofreads.
• Assist with bound galley production and administrative duties.
