Sigma Software is seeking a Forward AI Deployment Engineer to own the redesign end to end: embedded with the client, hands-on with whatever automation the workflow actually needs, and accountable for turning a real operational problem into production-ready software.

Each engagement leaves infrastructure, governance, and patterns to carry forward to the next project, so the next engagement starts from a stronger base and looks nothing like the first.

Qualifications

• Proven experience taking AI systems from prototype to production in real operating environments.
• Ability to translate vague business problems into concrete technical plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience embedding with client teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with the client’s operational team to redesign workflows.
• Prototype quickly and deliver production-ready components.
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept to production.
• Build data pipelines and governance as part of engagements.
