Job summary

Crown Linen, LLC seeks a Shipping Coordinator to weigh linen received from clients and enter data into our system. This night shift role supports the soil area and helps maintain steady workflow on the production floor.

You will weigh clean and soil linen, enter client numbers, stage carts, assist drivers, and help keep the production area clean while delivering reliable service to our hotel clients in Pompano Beach.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a commercial laundry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Highly organized with the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with strong problem solving and reasoning.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels and cultures in writing, speaking and presentations.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Weigh clean and soil linen accurately.
• Keep weighing area clean.
• Data entry – pounds of linen into data system.
• Enter client numbers into the system.
• Stage carts within the production floor.
• Assist in maintaining workflow on the production floor.
• Assist drivers with bin carts as needed.
• Support supervisors as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
