Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Production Designer to support the development and production of creative assets across digital and select print channels. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, marketing, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment in NYC.

The role entails producing polished assets, ensuring consistency in typography, layout, and brand guidelines, and delivering within tight turnaround times. Hybrid on-site 3 days and remote 2 days in NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of digital production or production design experience.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and fundamental design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Comfortable working in Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce polished, pixel-perfect digital and print assets using established templates and brand guidelines.
• Adapt creative across multiple formats while maintaining typography, photography, layout, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and deliver assets for email, paid media, social media, web, and other digital channels.
• Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized files and follow established file-naming and production standards.
• Build and maintain digital template libraries and communicate updates to the broader creative team.
• Partner closely with creative, marketing, production, and project management teams.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and quickly identify solutions.
• Work within tight turnaround times, including projects requiring completion within 24 hours.
• Help identify opportunities to improve creative and cross-functional workflows.
