Onward Search is seeking a Production Designer for a leading entertainment company in Los Angeles to support the in-house Brand Creative Studio in a temp role. Lead high-quality visual design for executive presentations and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate will build design systems and modular templates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold quality benchmarks across marketing campaigns, live experiences, and corporate communications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in visual or production design within a creative agency, design studio, or large in-house brand team.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Proficiency in design systems, templates, and modular frameworks.

Responsibilities

Production Designer Qualifications

• Strong expertise in building and maintaining design systems, templates, and modular frameworks.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides; motion experience is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.
